I have recently become an independent stylist for Stella & Dot, and y’all I am so excited for this new business venture! It not only gives me job flexibility (which is so important being a new mom) but I am working in an industry that I love! Who doesn’t love getting to be surrounded by pretty jewelry, hang out with your friends and meet new people?!
I originally started with Stella & Dot because at the end of my pregnancy I was on bed rest, and thinking “my gosh, I have no way of making income” and needed to have a job that I could work from my bed, literally! I have always loved the jewelry and had an underlying interest in becoming a stylist, so I thought why not!! I really had nothing to lose! And now that I have done it I am not looking back! It has been fabulous!!
I have found that the awesome thing about Stella & Dot is the versatility of the items and the fact that over half of the line is under $50!!! It is nice that when you purchase a necklace, you are not just getting one way to wear it, but several! It allows you to switch up your wardrobe and change the way something looks with an outfit. WIN WIN.
I also love that I am able to help ladies near and far! I have hostesses all over the USA hosting trunk shows through Facebook and am able to get them some awesome jewelry for free and at half off! In addition to my online trunk shows, I also love the in-person style sessions I do for ladies that live in my area. There is nothing better than taking an evening to go hang out with the girls and chat over snacks and wine about the beautifully unique Stella & Dot collection! I seriously love what I do!
It has been so fun for me to connect with other ladies, that I may have never gotten the chance of knowing, about something that I have always been so passionate about!! It is only an added bonus that I get the chance to make money while have a ton of fun!!
